Cupcakes!

Kuya would be attending his school’s Christmas party later today, and I thought of baking some cupcakes he could bring to the party. So I was up earlier than usual this morning. But it’s alright, I actually enjoyed whipping up these goodies while the rest of the family was still asleep.
These are Chocolate Chip Cupcakes with a dash of cinnamon as topping. I got the recipe from Joy of Baking. My husband took a bite before I wrapped them, and he gave me a thumbs-up. Whew! Sure glad my efforts yielded yummy results. Now I hope Kuya’s classmates will like them too. *crosses fingers*

Good idea, bring some of your cupcakes. I thought of baking oatmeal cookies naman as Addie’s gifts to her teachers & classmates. I already fixed my sked for baking but the terrible cough got in the way.
