I Just Baked My First Bread!

Tada! Here’s my first banana bread!

Forgive me for tooting my own horn, but really, it was great! I never knew the banana bread I buy at bakeshops can be so easily prepared at home, and with the same quality, too (Hubby swears it’s better).

    I got the recipe from Joy of Baking. I used DOLE bananas, not sure if saba is ok, might be matabang for this recipe.

    yummy! try to add pineapple tidbits, or crushed pineapple, masarap, that’s how i do mine :D

    i find that using saba is a whole lot better.. gives the bread those purplish streaks. better still if overripe. congrats on your endeavor…patikim naman :D
