Me, On TV!
I still can’t believe I’m telling you this - I have just been given an opportunity to work in a tv show!
The people behind the show, and gosh! I’m one of them. Woohoo!
I will be working as one of the writers in TV 5’s upcoming kiddie show, titled Kiddie Kwela (as of this date.) It will be hosted by Bayani Agbayani. The show will have a total of 8 episodes and will have its pilot episode on November 11 at 8pm.
I joined the segment producers and staff for the show’s first shooting day.

I will forever be thankful to Faye Martel, the executive producer (that’s the lady in purple beside me in the first photo), for having thought of me when she needed a writer. And I am also thankful to the people I am working with, because they sure don’t make it feel like work. They are so nice and friendly and easy to get along with.
I admit though, that I always say a prayer every time we get together, every time I am asked to submit my work. I just wish my contributions have been and will be at least satisfactory. I’ll be with them for only a couple of weeks but I want to give them my best. Please pray for me! I hope my best is good enough!
I am busier than usual nowadays but it’s a happy kind of busy. I get to mingle with creative people and pursue my personal interests once or twice a week, while the rest of my time remain focused on my first and foremost passion - my home. I get to enjoy a new experience without compromising my being a homemaker. Feels like I have the best of both worlds.
