My husband was working on the computer when his cellphone began to ring. The caller was “me.” But how could I be calling him when I was in the kitchen?
My son, no doubt. “Anak! Don’t play with Mommy’s cellphone!,” his dad hollered.
“I’m not playing with the cellphone! I’m just holding it. And it’s out of control!”
Tsk! Bad cellphone! Bad!

My son is currently learning how to read. The other day, we were watching kiddie videos on Youtube, when he fancied on reading the word Youtube.
“Yoo…”
“Tuh…”
“Bay…. What’s a YooTuhBay?”
And I thought it’s YouChoob.

hahaha. kakatuwa naman. Kasi naman. diba, ganyan ang turo sa mga kiddie shows. parang pronounce as you syllabicate yung word. pero in the end, makukuha mo din yung tamang pronounciation.

try giving him English comic strips to read. dun ako nadevelop magbasa na may kasamang comprehension.
