blog friends meet at last!
I really was sick. I was in bed all day Sunday, drinking cough syrup cocktails, trying my best to get well right away, because I couldn’t afford to miss meeting my online pals.
This was the first time we met, although we have “talked” for hours before. But the conferences and emails turned out to be nothing compared to having them right there in front of me.
I’m glad I finally heard them laugh, instead of reading “LOL”. I’m glad to I was able to hug them, instead of sending a smiley face.
But then, we wouldn’t have met if not for the internet. We wouldn’t have known that we jive, that it’s possible to make real friends wherever we may be.
Thanks again. I hope this is not the last.
