No, I didn’t like the idea of blogging at first. But it has been a pleasure reading a dear friend’s blogspot, and I thought, why can’t I have the same fun she’s having?

Why a kitchen for a blog title? Let me clarify first that I am no great cook. I’ve had one too many dishes that looked more like a failed science project. But I do love to try cooking. So … (brace yourself for this lousy, lousy metaphor), I’m cooking ideas, thoughts into either yummy dishes or run-for-your-life varieties in the kitchen in my head and I’m serving them in this spot for you to taste. (I already warned you! Anyway, like I said, this MY MY MY kitchen! If you can’t take the heat, this is just an X away.)

I have no plans of disclosing this blogspot to all friends ( as of this date, I have 61 on friendster.) I only have 4 people in mind I’d like to share this to. There might be other people reading this now, but it would be more like a result of these 4 people having a laugh (either at my entries or at my grammar which shouldn’t have been from the university where I came from) and sharing this uuhhh.. . joke site to other people. In which case, you 4 people better hide because I got me a brand new set of kitchen knives!!! How would you know if you’re a part of this utterly exclusive kitchen club? You got a text message from me. Everyone else is uninvited.

But then, there was a time when I was absolutely against the friendster. Now I am wondering how come I only have 61 friends. Let’s wait and see. But for now, I’d rather keep a handful of viewers in my cooking show.

By the way, I was only joking about the knives. They’re not brand new
